To be eligible for IAOMS member registration rates, please join IAOMS or renew your membership. IAOMS membership dues must be processed before proceeding with conference registration.

Paid conference registrants are entitled to the following:
Payment of all conference fees may be made in USD by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) or PayPal. Payment in full is required at the time of registration. Registrants will receive a registration confirmation via e-mail upon completion of on-line payment. If the transaction is not authorized or is not completed please contact your credit card provider for details.

Please note: Registration will be closed April 27 through April 29 and will reopen on site at 9:00 am on April 30, 2020.
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email or fax to the Congress Office. The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the IAOMS 2020 Conference Registration Department is received. In the case of over-payment or double payment, refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the IAOMS 2020 Conference Registration Department by email. All specific workshops and social events are non-refundable, however an alternative attendee name may be provided via email on or before March 31, 2020 and the booking will be allocated accordingly. No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the conference room or any other incidents during the conference, which are beyond the control of the conference organisers. No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health or family issues
Registration fees may be refunded as follows when written cancellation is recieved:

| November 5 through January 31, 2020 | 50% refund less an administrative fee of USD $100 |
| After January 31, 2020 | No refund will be issued for cancellations or for no-shows. |
Registrants may transfer the value of their registration to another registrant through March 31, 2020
All refunds will be made after the conference. The conference secretariat will notify the delegate about the refund arrangement and payment method.
Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance. The conference fee does not include insurance.By registering to the IAOMS 2020 participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the congress office assume any liability whatsoever.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IAOMS and IAOMS Foundation meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the participant to the use and distribution of the participants' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by IAOMS and IAOMS Foundation and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city and the host CVB.
