IAOMS Membership Committee

The IAOMS Membership Committee is responsible for guiding and supporting strategies to recruit, retain, and engage members, ensuring continued growth and impact for the Association.  The committee provides insight and recommendations to strengthen the member experience and support evolving needs of oral and maxillofacial surgeons around the world.

Committee Objectives

Committee members provide feedback, share regional perspectives, and help identify opportunities to enhance recruitment, retention, and engagement throughout the OMFS community.

Operations

The committee meets virtually on a quarterly basis to review membership trends, discuss strategic initiatives, evaluate member feedback, and support ongoing efforts to strengthen and grow IAOMS membership.

Committee Leadership

The Membership Committee is led by Co-Chairs and supported by representatives from each geographic region, ensuring diverse perspectives from across the global OMFS community.  Current committee members were appointed based on their leadership experience, professional expertise, and commitment to advancing the mission of IAOMS. 

Through their collective perspectives and regional insights, committee members help identify opportunities, address challenges, and ensure that IAOMS continues to provide meaningful value to oral and maxillofacial surgeons worldwide.
